Columbus State University is seeking a qualified supplier to provide an enterprise‑wide IT Service Management (ITSM) and Helpdesk system. The effort will cover the selection, implementation, configuration, integration, ongoing maintenance, and support of a comprehensive service‑management platform that meets the university’s operational, reporting, and user‑experience requirements.
