The Northeast Alabama Purchasing Association (NEAPA) is soliciting sealed bids for Cold Plant Mix Paving Material. The bid is for the supply of cold mix paving materials to be used by NEAPA members, including various cities, counties, and other government entities in the region. The materials must meet the Alabama Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Latest Edition. The successful bidder will be required to provide the materials at a fixed price per ton, with the option to renew the contract for two additional one-year periods. • The bidder must provide a price per ton for the cold mix paving material. • The bidder must meet the Alabama Department of Transportation Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, Latest Edition. • The bidder must provide a job mix design for the production of the cold mix. • The bidder must comply with all Federal, State, and Local laws, ordinances, and regulations. • The bidder must possess all proper County, State, and Federal licenses.
