Police Department Recruitment

The City of Ridgefield is seeking a consultant to develop a comprehensive recruitment strategy for the Police Department. The selected consultant will be expected to perform tasks such as planning, designing, and creating professional recruitment materials, including a dedicated recruitment website, recruitment videos, and digital marketing campaigns. The consultant will also be required to remain consistent with the City of Ridgefield/Ridgefield Police Department branding and provide recorded video footage, video files, photographs, graphics, and other materials to the City upon project completion. The project is funded by the Washington State Department of Justice through the Office of Community Oriented Policing Services grant program.
