The Washoe County - Purchasing agency is seeking a Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) for the replacement and upgrade of electronic security control systems at the Washoe County Detention Center and Jan Evans Juvenile Services Center. The project consists of two separate projects delivered concurrently under a single CMAR procurement, with each project having separate locations, budgets, and construction activities. The initial award will be for the Washoe County Detention Center project, followed by the Jan Evans Juvenile Services Center project.
