MYR- TSA Screening Checkpoint Expansion

Horry County’s Department of Airports is seeking a qualified Airport Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) firm to deliver pre‑construction planning and full construction services for a new TSA security screening checkpoint at Myrtle Beach International Airport. The contractor will be responsible for design‑build coordination, permitting, site preparation, structural works, mechanical/electrical installations, and ensuring compliance with TSA security standards. This is a performance‑based contract where the CMAR assumes risk for delivering the project on schedule and within budget. • Provide comprehensive pre‑construction services including design review, cost estimating, and schedule development. • Execute all construction activities for the TSA screening checkpoint, adhering to federal security specifications. • Manage subcontractors, procure materials, and guarantee project milestones are met on time.
