Armed Forces Network (AFN) signals via Transport Steams over Internet Protocol (TSoIP) on commercial internet using the Secure Reliable Transport (SRT)

The US Army Regional Correctional Facility-Europe is seeking information from potential respondents regarding their ability to provide services for the reception of Armed Forces Network (AFN) signals via Transport Steams over Internet Protocol (TSoIP) on commercial internet using the Secure Reliable Transport (SRT) protocol. The contractor will be responsible for providing equipment and services that meet specific technical requirements, including compatibility with Multi-Program Transport Streams (MPTS) or Single Program Transport Streams (SPTS), native or licensed Zixi support, and compliance with Section 889 of the FY 2019 National Defense Authorization Act. The contractor should also have existing relationships with various entities, including the internet engineering community, internet standards development organizations, and Regional Internet Registries. • The contractor must provide a description of how they would propose to successfully perform the services. • The contractor should describe their existing relationships with various entities and how these relationships would enable them to successfully perform the services. • The contractor must comply with all applicable U.S. and Germany laws, regulations, policies, and procedures. • The contractor should provide information on their ability to provide equipment and services that meet the specified technical requirements. • The contractor should describe their experience and expertise in providing similar services.
