The State University of New York (SUNY) Upstate Medical University is seeking to purchase Steris Corporation Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and related products. The procurement is subject to NYS Finance Law §139 j&k, and vendors are cautioned that only permissible contact is with the listed individual. The successful contractor will be required to submit valid and current NYS Workman's Compensation and Disability Forms. • The contract term is from 02/01/2025 to the expiration of the contract. • The procurement is for Steris Corporation Gastrointestinal Endoscopy and related products. • Vendors must demonstrate equivalency by meeting the clinical performance of the Steris Corporation products. • The vendor must provide free supporting clinical documentation, and equipment for examination, demonstration, and trial. • The vendor must be authorized to sell Steris Corporation Gastrointestinal Endoscopy as listed on the Premier contract or approved equivalent.
