Owner's Project Manager Request for Services

The Town of Medfield is seeking the services of a qualified Owner's Project Manager to provide project management services for the design, construction, demolition, addition to, and/or renovation of the Dale Street Elementary School. The project manager will be responsible for overseeing the project and ensuring its completion on time and within budget. The town is looking for a qualified individual with experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry. The selected project manager will be required to work closely with town officials, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure the successful completion of the project. Key aspects of the project include: • Project management services for the design, construction, demolition, addition to, and/or renovation of the Dale Street Elementary School • Oversight of the project to ensure its completion on time and within budget • Collaboration with town officials, architects, engineers, and contractors • Experience in project management, preferably in the construction industry • Knowledge of Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 149, section 44A(c) and provisions stated in the RFS
