Budget estimate

$150,000 – $300,000

Because the advertisement does not disclose a contract value, we must estimate based on typical costs for municipal sidewalk projects. A 1,200‑ft sidewalk with ADA ramps and a flashing beacon in a Midwestern city usually ranges from $120‑$250 per linear foot, depending on grading, drainage, and utility work. Assuming roughly 1,200 ft of sidewalk and associated ramps/approaches, the total project cost likely falls between $150,000 and $300,000. This range accounts for site‑specific variables such as soil conditions, existing utilities, and the cost of the beacon system.
