The Marine Corps is seeking a Service‑Disabled Veteran‑Owned Small Business to provide total‑life‑cycle acquisition and program‑office support for the MAGTF C2 portfolio. The effort covers operations services, program management, software‑license administration, data and systems management, and financial analysis, with daily interaction with seven Agile Release Trains and extensive reporting requirements. The contract is firm‑fixed‑price for labor, with reimbursable travel, and includes a base year plus up to four optional one‑year extensions.
• Deliver acquisition documentation, briefings, risk/artifact tracking, and monthly status reports (CDRL B003).
• Manage SharePoint and JIRA environments, software‑license inventories, and financial‑analysis for a $400 M PPBE funding authority.
• Maintain Secret Facility Clearance, comply with DFARS 252.204‑7012, and report cyber‑incidents within 24‑72 hours.
