Budget estimate

$1,500,000 – $3,000,000

The bid documents do not disclose a contract value. Based on the described scope—demolition, 680 CY of excavation, 2,300 CY of fill, new concrete outlet structure, extensive storm‑drain piping, erosion control, landscaping of multiple plant species, and a fountain system—similar municipal pond renovation projects in Georgia typically range from $1.5 million to $3 million. The lower end assumes minimal change orders and standard material costs; the higher end accounts for premium landscaping, complex electrical work, and potential unforeseen site conditions.
