ACO-P Cyber School

The US Army is seeking a contractor to provide Classroom Instruction/Course Writing Services, Staffing and Personnel services, and Range Developer services for the ACO-P Cyber School. The contractor will be responsible for reviewing and updating classroom training materials, creating a 30-week training schedule, and ensuring that qualified personnel are hired and responsible for teaching specific modules. The contractor will also be responsible for maintaining the configuration of Range devices. The proposal should include a technical volume that describes the contractor's approach to meeting the requirements, a past performance volume that includes information on recent and relevant contracts, and a price volume that includes a fully completed price breakdown. • The contractor must have experience in providing similar services to the government or commercial customers. • The contractor must have a staff with the necessary qualifications and experience to perform the required tasks. • The contractor must have a plan in place for recruiting and retaining personnel with the necessary qualifications and experience. • The contractor must have a plan in place for managing subcontractors and teaming partners. • The contractor must have a plan in place for mitigating risks and ensuring that all requirements are met.
