Request for Proposal for Universal Pre-K Services

The Lynbrook Union Free School District is seeking a qualified vendor to deliver a full‑day, universal pre‑kindergarten (UPK) program for 4‑year‑old children in the 2026‑27 school year. The contract will be awarded to an independent contractor who will provide all instructional, nutritional, health, safety, and staffing services on an all‑inclusive per‑student payment basis.
