Description
The Iowa Department of Administrative Services is seeking bids for the renovation of the Archives Storage at the State Historical Building in Des Moines, Iowa. The project includes construction services for new building construction, maintenance, and repair. Bidders must comply with all affirmative action and equal employment opportunity provisions of the State of Iowa and the Federal Government. The project is exempt from Iowa Sales Tax, and Davis Bacon Wages will not apply.

• A pre-bid meeting will be held on November 12, 2025, at 11:00 am.
• Bids must be submitted on the IMPACS Electronic Procurement System.
• The bid must be accompanied by a bid security of 5% of the total bid amount.
• The project is expected to begin on February 16, 2026, and end on July 22, 2026.
