Description
The Guilford County Purchasing Department is seeking a qualified firm to provide capacity building support for the implementation of Years 6-10 of a collective action framework for reducing infant mortality in Guilford County. The selected firm will work with the Guilford County Department of Health and Human Services, Division of Public Health to provide healthcare systems change implementation partner services.
