The County of Habersham, GA is seeking a qualified contractor to perform milling, patching, leveling, resurfacing, and striping on roughly 12.35 miles of county and town roads, including installation of Open‑Graded Interlayer and Super‑pave surface courses. The work must comply with GDOT specifications, include all testing, sampling, and certification, and meet stringent traffic‑control and erosion‑control requirements. The contract is fixed‑price, with performance and payment bonds, retainage, and liquidated‑damage provisions.
• Scope: 20 county‑road segments (≈ 11.93 mi) + 3 town‑road segments (≈ 0.42 mi).
• Technical tasks: 2‑in. milling, OGI installation, 9.5 mm & 12.5 mm Super‑pave paving, tack coat application, and full traffic‑control striping.
