Land of Memories Park Improvements

The City of Mankato is seeking contractors to perform a comprehensive set of park improvements at the “Land of Memories” site. The scope includes extensive earthwork, concrete pavement installation, ADA‑compliant walkways, and extensive landscaping and erosion control. The project will require coordination with the City Engineer’s office, adherence to municipal specifications, and delivery of all materials and labor as outlined in the bid documents. • Common Excavation – 1,600 CU YD (import) and 3,600 CU YD (on‑site) • Concrete Pavement – 3,600 SQ FT; ADA‑compliant bituminous walkways – 8,780 SQ FT • Landscaping & restoration – lump‑sum scope, including seeding, erosion control, and bank stabilization • Required compliance with city engineering standards, plan‑holder access, and online bidding platform.
