Description
Missoula County is seeking a comprehensive janitorial services contractor to clean, maintain, and supply consumables for 17 county facilities covering roughly 300,000 sq ft. The contract runs four years (with a possible two‑year extension) and requires daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly cleaning tasks, night‑shift and weekend work, green‑product compliance, and CJIS background‑check clearance for staff in secure areas. The award will be based on a weighted evaluation (50 % cost, 50 % technical).
• Scope: Daily restroom & trash cleaning, periodic deep‑cleaning, floor‑care (buffing, stripping, waxing), exterior window cleaning, and provision of all cleaning supplies.
