Description
The Office of Naval Intelligence (ONI) is seeking a commercially available, cloud-based Integrated Library System (ILS) and Online Catalog Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) platform. The successful contractor must deliver an ILS SaaS subscription and legacy data migration services. The ILS should support at least three concurrent staff/administrator logins, provide public-access online cataloging, support standard bibliographic importing, and adhere to federal cybersecurity compliance standards. The legacy data migration should be completed within 30 days.

• SAML 2.0 Single Sign-On (SSO) integration

• Option for FedRAMP Moderate / DoD Cloud Government-Community Cloud environments
