DMAP Galaxy Works support for NIDAP Bioinformatics Workflows

The Department of Health and Human Services (HHS) is seeking specialized professional services to support the integration, deployment, and operation of Galaxy software and migration of custom-built bioinformatic applications into the NCI Integrated Data Analysis Portal (NIDAP) environment. The selected contractor will provide support for managing logins, scaling compute instances, and storing data, as well as integrate NIH-compatible authentication and develop new custom workflows. The contractor will also assist with the preparation of training materials for end users. • Ensure the Galaxy instance is running on the latest supported version • Provide support for managing logins, scaling compute instances, and storing data • Integrate NIH-compatible authentication • Fix known existing bugs • Enable running individual tool nodes independently within a workflow • Support DMAP staff with developing and running ad-hoc tools or custom Python code • Ensure published/released version of workflows is under version control • Develop new custom workflows • Assist with the preparation of training materials for end users
