Former Nebraska Ordnance Plant (FNOP) near Mead, NE, SATOC Synopsis

This opportunity is for a Small Business set-aside contract to provide Architect-Engineer (A/E) services to support the Former Nebraska Ordnance Plant near Mead, NE. The contract will involve performing Hazardous, Toxic, and Radiological Waste (HTRW) activities, including design work involving groundwater treatment systems and extraction wells, groundwater modeling, pre-design investigation, preparation of contract drawings, technical specifications, design analyses, life cycle cost analyses, and computer-aided cost estimating.
