Description
Cherokee Nation Entertainment (CNE) is seeking a qualified vendor to supply a comprehensive list of janitorial products and related services to support its eight warehouse locations and ten casino/hospitality properties across northeastern Oklahoma. The contract will cover product delivery, inventory management, substitution control, pricing stability, and ongoing support, with daily orders rotating among sites and no minimum order quantities. Vendors must meet TERO tribal‑employment requirements, provide insurance and bonding, and adhere to strict data‑privacy and AI standards.
• Supply all items listed in Appendix A (paper products, trash liners, soaps, sanitizers, chemicals, restroom supplies, etc.) with firm pricing for at least 12 months.
• Deliver to eight designated warehouses on agreed windows, providing packing slips, proof‑of‑delivery, and back‑order prevention plans.
• Provide a dedicated account representative, quarterly usage reports, and rapid issue‑resolution (initial response within 1 business day, resolution plan within 3 business days).
