Flying Fortress Parkway Phase II - Grand Canyon Rd. to Airway Ave. to Prospector St. (Change of Access)

The City of Kingman is soliciting bids for the construction of public roadway and drainage improvements for the second phase of Flying Fortress Parkway and Airway Avenue. The project includes the construction of pavement sections, installation of concrete box culverts, and other related work. The bid must include all taxes and be submitted electronically through the OpenGov procurement portal. The City reserves the right to reject any bid not in compliance with the IFB documents and prescribed public bidding procedures and requirements. • The project includes the construction of approximately 12,148 square yards of pavement section No. 2 (4" AC, 9" ABC) and 14,470 square yards of pavement section No. 1 (4" AC, 9" ABC). • The project also includes the installation of concrete box culverts, including 4 each of 5-10'x5' culverts and 3-10'x6' culverts. • The project requires the bidder to provide a list of subcontractors and their qualifications. • The project requires the bidder to provide a bid bond and payment bond. • The project requires the bidder to comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the Americans with Disabilities Act and the Arizona Revised Statutes.
