The University of Massachusetts Dartmouth is seeking a qualified contractor to refurbish or replace the exterior stair system at the Dion/SENG building in North Dartmouth, MA. The scope includes demolition of existing stair components, installation of new concrete sub‑base, placement of epoxy‑coated reinforcement, and installation of owner‑furnished precast stair treads (with field‑cutting of end pieces as needed). The project is budgeted at $100,000 and must comply with Massachusetts wage, minority‑ and women‑participation statutes, as well as standard safety, environmental, and construction requirements outlined in the updated Division 01 and Division 01‑22 specifications.
