PWP CL-2026-286) Addendum 4 (CONSTRUCTION CONTRACTS - EMPLOYEE PARKING GARAGE

The Clark County Department of Aviation is seeking bids for the construction of a new multi-level employee parking garage at Harry Reid International Airport. The project includes the construction of a 430,000 SF parking garage and associated landscaping, signage, security and vehicle control equipment, shade structures, elevators, technology and surveillance equipment. The successful bidder will be required to furnish a performance bond for 100% of the contract price and a payment bond for 100% of the contract price. The project is subject to Executive Order 11246, as amended, and to the Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Federal Labor Provisions. • The project requires compliance with Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964 and the Regulations. • The project requires the use of apprentices from a valid Apprenticeship Program for at least 10% of total hours of labor in each apprenticed craft or type of work. • The project requires the submission of a Bid Bond, a list of subcontractors, and a statement of compliance with Instructions to Bidders Article 13.3.A. • The project requires the successful bidder to furnish copies of all subcontracts and to comply with the provisions of NRS 338.125 and NRS 338.130.
