Description
The National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) intends to negotiate and award a purchase order to AB Sciex LLC for Sciex MS preventative maintenance and software updates. The services will be performed at the NOS Hollings Marine Laboratory in Charleston, SC. The sole source determination is based on NOAA's requirement that AB Sciex LLC is the only vendor that provides preventative maintenance service and software updates on Sciex MS instruments.
