Replacement of Actuators on two exhaust fans in Schriever, LA

The USDA, ARS, Sugarcane Research Unit requires replacement of actuators for Exhaust Fans 6 and 7 at the Ardoyne farm headhouse. The contractor shall provide all labor, parts, and materials for the replacement of existing actuators with new actuators. The work includes arriving and checking in with the point of contact, performing lock-out, tag-out (LOTO) main shut-off power, disconnecting electrical for existing actuators, removing existing actuators, installing new actuators, reconnecting electrical for new actuators, checking the Desigo software, verifying operation of new actuators, and cleaning the site after completion. • The replacement of existing actuators with new actuators for Exhaust Fans 6 and 7 • The provision of all labor, parts, and materials for the replacement • The work will be completed at the Ardoyne farm headhouse • The contractor must comply with all applicable federal laws and regulations • All parts must be made in America
