The vendor, ABB, is the sole developer, owner, and provider of the Decanter Logic Manager (DLM/DLM+) control software and associated firmware. The services required include programming, configuration, and system level technical services, which are proprietary to ABB and cannot be obtained, serviced, modified, or supported by any third-party vendor.
