Description
The State of Alabama is seeking a supplier to provide an annual subscription for Alma and Primo. The subscription service should be provided in accordance with the terms and conditions outlined in the solicitation document. The State reserves the right to request written proof of supplier qualifications, including manufacturer's reseller authorization, professional licenses, and certificates of insurance. The State also reserves the right to conduct analysis based on cost realism and/or price reasonableness for any or all bids.
• The subscription service should include Alma and Primo
• The supplier should be registered in Alabama Buys and should log into the solicitation at the Public Solicitation site prior to the close date and time
• The supplier should submit responses electronically through Alabama Buys
• The supplier should comply with all terms and conditions contained within the solicitation
• The supplier should not be barred from bidding or entering into a contract and should not be engaged in any agreement of collusion among bidders in restraint of freedom of competition
