St. Andrews Road Sidewalk Project

The Richland County is seeking electronic bids from qualified suppliers to provide a new sidewalk along Saint Andrews Road from Broad River Road northeast to its terminus. The project includes the construction of 1860 lf of concrete sidewalk, minor curb and gutter repair, pedestrian ramps, mix asphalt paving for driveways, grading, earthwork, traffic control, utility relocations, and erosion control activities. The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within the specified time frame and in accordance with the plans and specifications. The contractor will also be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations, including those related to employment practices, equal opportunities, and environmental protection. • The project includes the construction of a new sidewalk, minor curb and gutter repair, and pedestrian ramps. • The contractor will be responsible for completing the work within the specified time frame. • The contractor will be required to comply with all federal, state, and local laws and regulations. • The contractor will be required to provide a drug-free workplace and comply with the County's Commercial Nondiscrimination Policy. • The contractor will be required to cooperate fully with the County in its inquiries relating to compliance with the policy.
