The Department of Veterans Affairs (Lebanon VA Medical Center) is conducting market research to replace the end‑of‑life battery string for its Radiology department’s UPS system. The effort requires procurement of 40 VRLA sealed UPS12‑400MR batteries, associated installation, testing, calibration, off‑site removal of the old batteries, and delivery/shipping. The contractor must provide a three‑year warranty, comply with safety and transportation regulations, and coordinate delivery and testing with VA personnel.
