Site Demolition - North Village Park

The City of Columbia, Missouri is seeking bids for site demolition at North Village Park. The project includes demolition work, removal of asphalt, concrete, and existing soil, and site cleanup. The contractor will be responsible for daily cleanup and removal of construction debris. The project must be completed within 180 calendar days from the date of the Notice to Proceed. The City reserves the right to reject any or all bids. • The project is funded by an ARPA grant and the contractor must comply with all applicable federal, state, and local requirements. • The contractor must provide a Performance Bond and a Labor and Material Payment Bond, each for 100% of the contract price. • The contractor must pay prevailing wages to all workers on the project. • The contractor must comply with all requirements of the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA) and the Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA). • The contractor must provide a firm, fixed price for the site demolition project, including all labor, travel costs, materials, services, overhead, profit, and other costs necessary to complete the project.
