Description
The Gwinnett County Department of Water Resources is seeking bids for the construction of the State Route 120 Water Main Replacement project. The project includes the installation of approximately 9,700 linear feet of 16-inch DIP water main, including valves, fittings, hydrants, and joint restraint along State Route 120. The project also includes restoration of grassing, curb and gutter, asphalt pavement, traffic control, jack and bores, erosion and sedimentation control, connections to intersecting streets, and abandonment of existing water mains and appurtenances throughout the project limits.
• The project must be substantially complete within 480 days after the contract commencement date.
• A non-mandatory pre-bid conference is scheduled for August 5th, 2026, at 10:00 AM.
• Questions regarding bids should be submitted to Anna West at [email protected] no later than 3:00 PM local time on August 13th, 2026.
• Sealed bids must be delivered to the owner no later than 2:50 PM local time on September 4th, 2026.
