Responsible AI Framework - USPS OIG

The United States Postal Service Office of Inspector General (USPS OIG) is seeking information from qualified suppliers to establish an effective acquisition strategy for the implementation of a Responsible AI Framework. The framework will strengthen accountability, governance, risk mitigation, and the integrity of AI-enabled oversight activities. The supplier shall provide all services, materials, tools, personnel, and expertise required to design, document, and support implementation of the OIG Responsible AI Framework. Key aspects of the job include: • Conducting and supervising objective and independent audits, reviews, and investigations relating to Postal Service and PRC programs and operations • Promoting economy, efficiency, and effectiveness within the Postal Service and PRC • Informing the Postal Service Governors, Postal Service management, PRC Commissioners, and Congress of problems, deficiencies, and corresponding corrective actions • Designing, documenting, and supporting implementation of the OIG Responsible AI Framework • Providing all services, materials, tools, personnel, and expertise required for the framework
