Three Creek SnoPark Plowing

The United States Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide snow plowing services for the Three Creek SnoPark in Oregon. The contract will be for a period of 5 years, with a base year and four option years. The contractor will be responsible for plowing snow on the paved portions of Forest Road 16, Road 1620, and Road 1620890, as well as the Upper Three Creek Snow Park and adjacent overflow parking lot. The contractor will also be responsible for plowing snow on the gravel surface of the Lower Three Creek Snow Park, upon request from the Forest Service. The contractor must have an active entity registration in the System for Award Management and must submit a technical quote, price quote, and contractor representations and certifications with their offer. • The contractor must provide a Project Manager and designated alternate, as applicable, who has full authority to act for the Contractor on all contract matters relating to this contract. • The contractor must comply with the quality assurance program as defined in the Quality Assurance Surveillance Plan. • The contractor must provide a Call Out Plan within five days of contract award. • The contractor must notify the Contracting Officer's Representative (COR) within 24-hours of work completion. • The contractor must visually inspect the services for compliance prior to acceptance and issuing any payments.
