The City of Fairburn, Georgia is soliciting proposals from qualified consultants to provide on-call construction and project management services. The scope of work includes construction and project management of the City's CDBG, LMIG, and TSPLOST programs, as well as other special projects. The selected consultant will be responsible for providing professional construction and project management services, including meeting with City staff, establishing a written schedule, preparing project budgets, and coordinating with contractors. • Provide construction and project management services for the City's CDBG, LMIG, and TSPLOST programs • Meet with City staff to establish a consensus scope for the project • Prepare project budgets and coordinate with contractors • Attend bid opening conferences and evaluate bids • Provide written reports of all site visits, progress meetings, and inspections
