Laboratory bottles

The Department of Environmental Quality (DEQ) is seeking responses from potential suppliers to provide a contract for the purchase of Laboratory bottles. The contract will be for a fixed price, and the Bidder must submit a firm offer for a minimum of 120 days after the Bid Response Due Date. The Bidder must also provide three business references from clients for whom they have provided similar services. The State reserves the right to request up to three years of audited financial statements and tax returns. The Bidder must submit their Bid via the Supplier Portal, and the entire Bid must be submitted by the Bid Response Due Date and Time. Some key points to consider: • The Bidder must provide a dated cover page or transmittal letter that identifies the Solicitation and the Bidder and provides Bidder contact information. • The Bidder must submit a firm, fixed price for the term, including optional renewal terms, of the Contract. • The Bidder guarantees unit prices to be correct. • The State will not accept any exceptions or revision to the terms in this solicitation. • A clarification question is not an exception and any clarification included in this section will be disregarded. • The State will not accept any additional terms in this solicitation. • The terms are designated as non-negotiable.
