Budget estimate

$70,000 – $150,000

The budget for this project can be estimated based on the scope of work, which includes removing trees and stumps from five lots. The cost of tree removal can range from $500 to $2,000 per tree, depending on the size and location. Assuming an average cost of $1,000 per tree, and considering the number of trees to be removed, the total cost could be around $50,000 to $100,000. Additionally, the cost of stump removal, debris disposal, and other expenses should be factored in, which could add another $20,000 to $50,000 to the total cost. Therefore, a rough estimate for the budget could be between $70,000 and $150,000.
