Description
The Midland Public Schools is seeking bids for a new 2025-26 Polar King Mobile PKM Avalanche 6’x 16′ mobile refrigerator/freezer. The trailer should have a 6′ wide and 16′ long body, with a 6′ 6″ interior height, and should be equipped with electric brakes, a hydraulic jack, and a drop deck loading system. The trailer should also have a GOVI Arktik 2000US refrigeration unit, a 0 to 50 degree temperature range, and a 1-piece seamless fiberglass construction. The vendor should have 5 years of experience in the sales of trailer-mounted walk-in coolers. The bid should include the price of the trailer, delivery charges, and any changes to the bid specifications.
• The trailer should be a new 2025 or 2026 model.
• The vendor should include a delivery timeline on the bid form.
• The vendor will be responsible for insurance of the equipment up to the time of district signing off and taking possession of the equipment.
• The bid should be submitted on the attached bid form and signed by the bidder.
• The bid should include a signed “Iran Economic Sanctions Act Certification” and a “Familial Relationship Disclosure” form.
