Description
The Minneapolis VA Health Care System is seeking a mobile MRI trailer lease to supplement their existing MRI services. The lease will be for a period of one year with four option years. The contractor will be responsible for providing a mobile MRI trailer, installation, and maintenance. The trailer must meet specific requirements, including a 1.5T or higher MRI system, a detachable MRI gantry table, and specific coil configurations. The contractor will also be responsible for constructing a temporary walkway to connect the MRI trailer to the existing MRI walkway.
• The contractor must be registered in the System for Award Management (SAM) database and be a Small Business Administration (SBA)-certified Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned Small Business (SDVOSB).
• The contractor must provide a preventative maintenance plan, including emergency support, and a plan for repairs of the MRI trailer.
• The contractor will be responsible for ensuring that the MRI trailer is operational and meets all requirements.
• The contractor will be required to provide training to VA personnel on the operation and maintenance of the MRI trailer.
