Description
The Tallapoosa County Department of Human Resources is seeking a vendor to perform a one‑time pressure‑wash of county exterior surfaces, including sidewalks, entryways, patios, light‑pole bases, dumpster pad, and building walls, with chemical treatment of curbing and full debris removal. The work must be executed on a Saturday or Sunday between 8:00 AM and 4:30 PM, after a mandatory site‑visit on April 10 2026. Vendors must provide an all‑inclusive unit price covering labor, equipment, travel, supplies, permits, and any other fees, and the quote must remain firm for 30 days. Coordination with the county office is required to schedule the service and to arrange moving of automobiles. Payment is made 30 days after invoice submission following completion.
