Description
The National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) is seeking a firm-fixed-price quotation for the provision of a laser and optical parametric amplifiers for multiphoton microscopy. The requirements for the line items to be acquired are outlined in the attached Statement of Work document. The offeror shall submit a technical quotation, a price quotation, and a terms and conditions volume. The technical quotation shall address the technical capability and approach, while the price quotation shall propose a firm-fixed-price for each contract line item. The terms and conditions volume shall review the provision and clauses attachment and complete any required information.
• The offeror shall provide a firm-fixed-price quotation for the following line items: CLIN 0001 – Laser, CLIN 0002 – First Optical Parametric Amplifier, CLIN 0003 – Second Optical Parametric Amplifier, CLIN 0004 – Installation, and CLIN 0005 – Transportation and Other related expenses.
• The offeror shall submit a technical quotation that addresses the technical capability and approach.
• The offeror shall submit a price quotation that proposes a firm-fixed-price for each contract line item.
• The offeror shall review the provision and clauses attachment and complete any required information in the terms and conditions volume.
