Description
This solicitation seeks a qualified vendor to supply, deliver, install, and commission twelve (12) new cold‑drink vending machines for Corcoran State Prison, and to remove/ trade‑in the existing twelve machines on site. The contract is set‑aside for small‑business participation and requires full compliance with California state General Terms and Conditions, various certifications (SB/DVBE, Darfur Act, recycled‑content, etc.), and strict security and background‑check procedures for installation personnel.
• Supply 12 brand‑new cold‑beverage vending machines (acceptable models include Vendo GF9‑H or equivalent to Crane BevMax 5800‑4HC specifications).
• Provide freight‑prepaid delivery, installation, programming for visually‑impaired operators, training, and a two‑year manufacturer warranty plus 90‑day free‑labor support.
• Remove the existing 12 machines, either via trade‑in credit or certified recycling, with barcode documentation required for payment.
• Meet all compliance requirements (small‑business certification, Darfur Act, recycled‑content, DVBE, sanctions, background checks) and submit a complete DR‑815 quote package by the June 26 2026 deadline.
