Smith River Vault Toilet Pumping

The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) is seeking a contractor to provide vault toilet pumping services to Smith River NRA in the U.S. Six Rivers National Forest. The services include pumping out pre-cast concrete vaults, removing any trash/debris, hazardous material, visual inspections, and documentation of the condition of the vaults. This acquisition is set-aside for small business concerns, and the applicable North American Industry Classification Standard Code is 562991. • The contractor will be responsible for pumping out pre-cast concrete vaults. • The contractor will be responsible for removing any trash/debris, hazardous material. • The contractor will be responsible for visual inspections and documentation of the condition of the vaults. • The Government will, to the maximum extent practicable, work orders will be bundled geographically to support efficient contractor routing. • Travel mileage will be reimbursed at the prevailing Federal mileage rate in accordance with FAR 31.205-46.
