The City of Lawrence is soliciting proposals from interested, qualified parties to lease space within the new Airport Administration Building at 492 Sutton Street, North Andover, MA 01845, to establish and operate a restaurant. The leased space consists of approximately 2,325 square feet for a restaurant area, kitchen, utilities, storage, and includes approximately 1,000 sf of paved patio surface area known as potential shared outside seating area.
• The restaurant will be located at the Lawrence Municipal Airport Administration Building.
