Prospect Park Pump Replacement

The City of Wheat Ridge is seeking a qualified contractor to provide and install a new pump system at Prospect Park. The existing pump system is outdated and requires replacement to ensure efficient and reliable operation. The new pump system will support the park's irrigation needs and maintain the water features. This project includes the removal of the existing pump, installation of the new pump, and all associated electrical and plumbing work. The contractor shall provide a pump system that meets or exceeds the specified requirements, including a lineshaft pump, flow rate, head, motor, and control panel. The contractor will also be responsible for site assessment, removal of the existing pump, installation of the new pump, electrical work, control panel installation, testing and commissioning, training, and documentation. • The project must be completed within 60 days from the date of the contract award. • The contractor shall adhere to the specified delivery requirements, including project timeline, delivery schedule, site access, safety, and inspections. • The contractor shall also meet the additional requirements, including licensing and insurance, references, and warranty. • The evaluation process will be based on the evaluation criteria, including firm capabilities and references, scope of submission, effective approach and timeline, and price and/or total cost of ownership.
