Operation and Maintenance of Fuel Facilities

The Defense Logistics Agency (DLA) Energy is seeking information from small business sources that can provide fuel management services at a Government-Owned Contractor-Operated (GOCO) retail fuel facilities at FE Warren AFB, WY. The contractor will be required to operate and maintain the fuel facilities, including receiving, storing, issuing, and maintaining quality of petroleum products. The contract is expected to be a firm fixed price contract for a four-year base period, with a five-year option period and an optional extension period of up to six months. Key requirements for the contractor include: • Providing all personnel, equipment, tools, materials, supplies, and supervision necessary for the operation and maintenance of the fuel facilities • Maintaining quality and accounting for petroleum products • Maintaining the associated fuel facilities • Providing Special Purpose refueling/defueling vehicles within 24 months of performance start date • Having the financial capability and stability to sustain and support a four-year contract • Having the capability to perform the required services at FE Warren AFB, WY
