Description
The State of Maryland’s Department of Information Technology (DoIT) is seeking a Master Contractor to renew Atlassian cloud‑based software licenses (Jira Software Premium and Confluence Premium) under an existing COTS master contract. The contractor must be an authorized Atlassian reseller, provide pricing, delivery schedules, and all required licensing agreements. Bids are submitted electronically via the eMaryland Marketplace Advantage (eMMA) system, with a deadline of October 26 2026. The award will go to the most advantageous proposal based on conformance, price, and delivery schedule.
• Scope: 100 user‑licenses for Jira Software Premium (annual cloud) and 50 user‑licenses for Confluence Premium (annual cloud).
