Group 9 Roadway Improvements Project (Valley Drive, Avent Ferry, Cobblestone Ct.)

The City of Raleigh is seeking bids for the Group 9 Roadway Improvements Project, which includes three separate projects: Valley Drive Sidewalk, Avent Ferry Project, and Cobblestone Ct. Sidewalk Project. The projects involve sidewalk improvements, grading, drainage, paving, curb and gutter work, ADA ramps, and erosion control. The bid documents can be obtained from Accent Imaging for a non-refundable fee of $150.00 plus sales tax. Bidders are required to show evidence of licensure to perform the work as required by North Carolina General Statute, Chapter 87. • The Valley Drive Sidewalk project involves sidewalk improvements along Lynn Street through Valley Drive existing sidewalk. • The Avent Ferry Project includes improvements on Avent Ferry Road to various locations from Glencastle Way to Gorman Street, including the realignment of Athens Drive intersection. • The Cobblestone Ct. Sidewalk Project involves constructing a 5' sidewalk and traffic management along Cobblestone Ct. from existing sidewalk in the middle of the street to Ridge Rd.
