Professional Continuing Services: Architecture

The City of Bradenton is seeking a qualified Proposer to provide consulting services for Architectural Planning, Design, Permitting, and Construction Engineering Services on an as-needed basis. The Proposer will be required to provide a range of services, including pre-design, design, and construction phase services. The Proposer must be a business organization registered with the Florida Department of Business and Professional Regulation and have at least one key personnel who is a registered architect licensed in the State of Florida. The Proposer should demonstrate experience in providing Professional Architecture services for Municipal Public Projects. • The Proposer will be required to provide services on an as-needed basis, with project sizes varying and tasks assigned based on individually negotiated work assignments. • The Proposer must perform all services expeditiously with professional skill, care, and orderly progress of work. • The Proposer must conform to and comply with applicable codes, laws, ordinances, regulations, and restrictions. • The Proposer will be required to provide a detailed project approach, including proposed strategy, resources, and personnel assigned to the project.
